NEWS | OICT Rolls Out CMS Web Portal for MSEUF-CI
The Office of Information and Communication Technology (OICT) of MSEUF-Candelaria, Inc. officially demonstrated the University’s new Content Management System (CMS) Web Portal in a session attended by key academic figures, staff, and representatives from the official school publications, held at the Computer Science ComLab 1 on September 5, 2025.
CCS Department Head Mr. Aldwin Ilumin spearheaded the discussion, presenting the features of the CMS Web Portal such as posting university-wide announcements and events, managing courses and learning materials, uploading logos and images for Facebook link previews, integrating website analytics, and adding articles and promotional content. He emphasized that the platform was designed to be user-friendly, secure, and adaptable to the unique needs of each office.
OICT underscored that the CMS implementation is mandatory across all university units to ensure consistency, accessibility, and professionalism in digital communication. By consolidating communication channels through this new platform, the CMS Web Portal is expected to become the university’s primary hub for announcements, events, and resources, strengthening MSEUF-Candelaria’s commitment to innovation and digital transformation.
The system was developed by Alliah Mikaela Revedezo and Justine Philip Martinez of the College of Computer Science Department.
