Enverga University Candelaria recently held its annual Teacher’s Day Celebration

The event was arranged by the Supreme Student Government. The program’s hosts were Victoria Amparo and Liam Balmes.

The celebration began with the university’s Lyre Band, followed by the Prayer, National Anthem, and University Hymn performed by the EUC Rondalla and Himig Enverga.

The event was formally opened with a warm welcome and opening remarks from the High School Principal, Mr. Jonathan Villaruz.

The Dean of Studies, Dr. Chrystal Quintana, became emotional during her speech, saying, "Teachers are perfect for you and perfect for Enverga University Candelaria.” Dean Gaspar Hector Tapire further inspired the students with a message to the factuly members.

The festivities continued with an intermission number by the Junior High School Dance Squad Champion, Yellow Jaguars, performing their energetic dance. Following this, the Supreme Student Government (SSG) members took their oath, marking an important moment of leadership.

The Senior High School Dance Squad Champion, known as Majestic Jaguars, thrilled the audience with their lively performance, showcasing the creativity and talent of the students.

Later on, faculty members participated in fun games like “Paint Me a Picture,” and “Gimme 5,” showing their competitiveness to win the fun games.

A dance performance by recently hired Faculty members was also part of the event. Then, Himig Enverga, the EUC Dance Troupe, and the EUC Artist Center displayed their skills and gave a powerful performance.

Mr. Philip Dimaculangan, the Assistant Principal, gave the last words to wrap off the celebration.
